Responsible Procurement Policy: At Résidences Trigano, we take particular care in selecting our components, prioritising local or nearby sourcing. We firmly believe that this approach not only contributes to the quality of our products, but also helps to reduce our environmental footprint and support the local economy. For example, 85% of our components are manufactured in France

Sustainable construction: At Résidences Trigano, we place sustainability and respect for the environment at the heart of our manufacturing process. Eco-construction is an approach that involves incorporating environmental considerations right from the design stage of a product, in order to minimise its impact throughout its life cycle. By encouraging our customers to clean their homes regularly, both inside and out, we help to minimise the need for frequent repairs and premature replacements. This approach reduces the use of natural resources and limits waste, thereby supporting a circular economy.

Health and safety: a priority for our employees
At Résidences Trigano, we do not compromise when it comes to the health and safety of our employees. We therefore take the necessary measures during all mobile home manufacturing processes. We provide all new staff with comprehensive health and safety training. During production, all staff wear the obligatory health and safety equipment (safety glasses, gloves, protective footwear, etc.) and we continuously improve the working environment (floor markings, process automation).
Equality: ensuring equal opportunities for our staff
Résidences Trigano is committed to providing the best possible working environment for its employees. That starts by creating employment (permanent, temporary, agency, apprenticeships, etc.) through non-discriminatory recruitment in terms gender and background. In 2025, our Gender Equality Index received a score of 85/100 points. We continue to work on improving this indicator.

Carefully selected materials
Our materials have been selected with the utmost care to ensure durability and comfort. We regularly audit our suppliers. A system of continuous improvement is in place to guarantee the consistency and quality of our raw materials.
A rigorous and demanding production process
Our quality control inspectors carry out random checks on an ongoing basis: over 150 inspection points on each mobile home. At each stage, rigour and a systematic approach ensure that any imperfections are rectified. At the same time, operators record all defects so that a repair technician can rectify them at the end of the production line. The quality control inspectors also carry out comprehensive checks on every mobile home: gas, electricity, water, cupboards, partitions… everything is tested! Finally, all mobile homes undergo a final inspection before being given the go-ahead for delivery.

Quality standards at Résidences Trigano
Our mobile homes are designed and manufactured in accordance with current standards.
- Standard EN1647 (health and safety): this European standard aims to ensure the health and safety of people using mobile homes.
- Standard EN 1949 (gas systems): this standard sets out the specifications for the installation of LPG systems for domestic use in mobile homes.
- Standard EN 721 (ventilation): this standard specifies the minimum safety ventilation requirements for mobile homes. It also provides methods for calculating and testing safety ventilation.
An ISO 9001 certified company
Résidences Trigano was ISO 9001 certified by AB CERTIFICATION in 2008. This certification defines the organisational criteria and requirements for implementing a quality management system. Within the ISO 9001 framework, Résidences Trigano is able to consistently provide products and services in line with our customers’ needs.
Résidences Trigano: a commitment to responsibility
This role enables us to organise and strengthen our initiatives in the areas of sustainable development, ethics and social responsibility, in line with our vision of a responsible company that respects the environment.
Furthermore, Résidences Trigano dedicates resources to regularly raising staff awareness of the environmental aspects of the company’s activities. Training and information sessions for employees on environmental protection are held throughout the year. In 2022, over 80 per cent of our waste was recycled or recovered thanks to rigorous sorting.
